摘要
文章在对高校图书馆读者的违纪现象进行归因分析的基础上,提出了解决读者失信行为的有效措施:高校图书馆应在加强自身建设的基础上,在服务中培养读者的诚信意识,采取自律和他律相结合的措施,加强对读者的诚信教育,以提高读者的诚信品质。
