《管子》经济伦理思想探析

《管子》是我国古代一部经典的思想著作,是对卓越政治家管仲治国思想的深入阐释,全书涉及政治、经济、社会、文化等多方面内容,并在这些方面有许多精辟的论述。通过对《管子》深刻的经济伦理思想的研究,从中可以学到"均地分利"的民生伦理、"强国富民"的生产伦理、"重农益商"的交换伦理、"俭侈有度"的消费伦理及"以劳授禄"的分配伦理等思想,也可洞察管仲深厚的朴素唯物主义哲学思维。对中国古代经济伦理思想的探寻与挖掘,寻找历史与现实之间的契合,对今天经济建设中的道德教育也有着重要意义。

As a Chinese ancient classical ideological governing thought of Guan Zhong, an outstanding politics, economics, sociology, and culture, and pl work, Guanzi is an in-depth interpretation of the politician. The book involves various content of enty of insightful discussions in these areas. Ac cording to the study of the incisive thought on business ethics in Guanzi, the paper points out that we can see clearly Guan Zhong＇s simple philosophy thinking of materialism and absorb the thoughts such as the ethics for people＇s livelihood to practice agrarianism and profit sharing, the ethics in production to strengthen the country and enrich the people, the ethics in transaction to emphasize agriculture and encourage commerce, the ethics in consumption to advocate a moderate degree of frugality and extravagance, and the ethics in distribution to award the salary on the basis of one＇s merits and accomplishments. It is significant for the moral education in today＇s economic construction to explore and mine Chinese ancient business ethics and find the correspondence between history and reality.
