摘要
本科教育从市场学角度是一种人才产品的生产,人才市场主体对产品需求的多样性和可变性决定本科人才培养和教学组织模式是稳定性与灵活性的统一。借鉴21世纪机械制造领域先进的可重构制造系统的理论,初步探讨可重构教学组织模式。重点探讨构建实用性强、特色突出、既适应社会经济发展需要、又符合教育内在规律和学生个性发展的课程体系及其组织方式和实施条件及效用。重点介绍处于核心地位的课程体系的可重构性。
From the perspective of marketing, undergraduate education is to produce talent products. The diverse and variable requirements of the products in the talent market determine that there is a need for an unity of stability and flexibility in the teaching mode of undergraduate education. By using for reference the advanced theory and method of the Reconfigurable Manufacturing System in the field of machinery manufacturing in 21st century, this paper probes the feasibility of reconfigurahle teaching mode. It deeply discusses the construction of the curriculum, the methods, the implementing con- ditions and the effectiveness, which are of strong practicality and outstanding features so as to meet the need of economic development of the society and accord with the inherent law of education and the personality development of students. The special stress is laid on the introduction of the reconfigura- tion of the curriculum centering on the core courses.
