摘要
观察了30%聚醚苯酰胺展膜油剂在水面自扩散形态,测定了其在水面的铺展速度和成膜厚度,并评价了杀尾蚴效果.结果表明:30%聚醚苯酰胺展膜油剂在水面可快速自扩散成膜,其成膜厚度可达到纳米级(1nm),而且其在水面铺展速度与滴入量呈显著的正相关性.杀血吸虫尾蚴实验表明,30%聚醚苯酰胺展膜油剂具有高的杀灭血吸虫尾蚴活性.
In this paper,30 % polyether benzamides spreading oil self-diffusion morphology and spreading speed on the water surface were investigated,and its film thickness and the activity of killing cercariae were evaluated.It was found that 30 % polyether benzamides spreading oil on the water surface can quickly self-diffusion,and the thin-film formation reached the monolayer dimension.Of interest,spreading speed on the water surface exhibited dropping volume-dependent correlation.In addition,30 % polyether benzamides spreading oil has high activity against Schistosome japonicum cercariae.
