摘要 骨质疏松作为一种隐匿的疾病,骨量的丢失是在不知不觉中发生的.然而,体育运动作为一种积极防治骨量丢失的手段,对于预防和延缓骨质疏松具有积极的作用.本文拟从骨量的变化规律、评价标准、运动对骨密度的刺激作用及其机制等方面进行阐述,旨在促进人们提高健身意识和增强骨健康. Osteoporosis is a kind of hidden disease,and the bone mass loses unknowingly.However,as a kind of positive method of preventing the bone mass from losing,sports have a positive effects of variation and evalation criterion of bone mass the stimulation of sports on bone mineral density and its mechanism,aiming at promoting people to enhance the consciousness of fitness and strength the bone health.
