足月择期剖宫产儿发生呼吸窘迫综合征1例 被引量：1

摘要 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症（NRDS）多见于早产儿,因病情凶险而被产科、新生儿科所重视并给予积极干预,但足月择期剖宫产儿也可发生NRDS,却未引起相应重视,特报道1例。
