摘要
介绍一种新的电机线圈浸漆技术——电加热/紫外光固化浸漆技术,阐述了其浸漆原理及浸漆工艺,并在此基础上说明了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现的电加热浸漆控制方法。该方法通过FPGA实现电压、电流的采集以及线圈当前温度值的演算,根据设定温度曲线,由FPGA完成闭环控制算法后调节输出电压和电流,最终实现对线圈通电加热温度的精确控制。作为一项新技术的实现方法,对某型电机单个线圈进行了电加热浸漆试验,验证了基于FPGA实现的这种电加热浸漆方法在技术上的可行性。
This paper introduces a new Impregnating teChnology of motor coil which named Electrical- UV Impregnating technology, and the impregnation principle and process have been elaborated. This article describes in detail the electric heating impregnation control method based on FPGA (Field Programmab e Gate Array) technology. The method the FPGA to achieve the acquisition of the voltage, current, and the calculation of the current temperature values of the coil. According to the set temperature curve, the closed-loop control algorithm to regulate the output voltage and current, and ultimately to achieves the precise control of the heating temperature of the coil is energized. As an implementation of a new technology, a single coil of a particular model motor has been tested in this ElectricaI-UV Impregnation system. And the test results verified the technical feasibility of the control method of ElectricaI-UV Impregnation based on FPGA.
