燃煤电厂SCR烟气脱硝装置的冷模实验和CFD数值计算研究 被引量:1

摘要 从2005年开始,国内燃煤电厂烟气脱硝环保市场进入指数增长期,大量的新建和改造火电厂大气NOx污染物治理均需要安装采用选择性催化还原(SCR)技术的烟气脱硝装置。通常在工艺设计过程中均需对整个SCR烟气系统进行冷模实验(FMT)和流体力学数值计算(CFD)研究,以保证必须的催化剂入口烟气流速和氨气浓度分布,最终达到理想的污染物去除效率。通过SCR项目的FMT仿真和CFD计算,指出通常设计计算中需要关注的要点。 Since 2005, the flue gas denitrification environmental market has been coming into an index increasing period for the domestic coal-fired power plant, a lot of newly-built and retrofit thermal power plants need to install SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) reactor. Usually during the process design, FMT (Flow Model Test) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) should be studied and calculated, so as to guarantee the flue gas velocity and the ammonia concentration distribution at the entrance of catalyst in SCR reactor. Eventually achieve the desired pollutant removal efficiency. Through FMT and CFD calculation for one project, this article summarizes some essential and key points in the design and calculation.
