摘要
笔者对矩形解锁脱落电连接器壳体零件进行技术要求和结构分析,制定了合适的加工工艺,解决了零件内沟槽长度尺寸难以保证和零件薄壁加工易变形的问题,根据优化的加工工艺选用UG软件进行了计算机辅助制造,实现该零件的快速高精度制造。
In this paper, the technical requirements and structural of a shell parts are analized, a suitable process are developed to solve the problems that the trench length size is difficult to guarantee and the parts with thin wall tends to distortion. With the help of UG software, computer-aided manufacturing is finished based on the optimization process, and the fast high-precision parts manufacturing is achieved.
