摘要
介绍了一种通过PLC对异步电动机的控制实现定位功能的思路,结合控制任务,完成了硬件电路的搭建及程序设计,为了保证定位的准确,设计了编码器脉冲当量及电机在自由停车过程中返回脉冲数自动测量程序。通过对系统的现场调试,实现了控制要求。
This paper introduces the idea of achieving the positioning function by PLC controlling the asynchronous motor and completes hardware circuit design and program design according to the control task.In order to guarantee the accuracy of positioning, the designed program can automatically detect the encoder pulse equivalent and the number of returning pulses in the process of the motor free parking.The system Achieve control requirements by debugging and running.
