浮法玻璃过渡辊台处拉边机压痕的检测

摘要 锡槽是浮法玻璃生产的成型段,熔化状态的玻璃液在锡液上摊平、受拉边机等牵引,由前至后逐渐降温凝固成平板玻璃。拉边机压痕外侧的边缘宽度是由锡槽的工艺参数确定的,过宽会造成浪费,太窄又可能引起拉边机脱边。因此,及早检测压痕外侧的边缘宽度对生产具有重要的指导意义。采用图像处理技术来检测过渡辊台处拉边机的压痕,经测试证明检测效果良好,并且基于此开发的产品已投入实际使用,运行稳定。 Tin bath is the molding segment for float glass production. The molten glass is flattened on the tin liquid and dragged by the edge roller. As the temperature drops from front to back, the molten glass gradually solidifies into the plate glass. The edge width outside the edge roller indentation is determined by the tin bath process parameters. If the edge width is too wide, it will cause waste. If the edge width is too narrow, the edge roller may separate with the glass. So the edge wide should be detected as earlier as possible. This paper detects the edge roller indentation at the transition roller table using image processing method. After the test, the detection method works well. Based on the method, the product has been developed and put into use, and operates stably.
