摘要 介绍了腐蚀性烟气对余热锅炉受热面管的腐蚀情况,并详细论述了由于复杂的烟气成分引起的余热锅炉低温腐蚀、高温腐蚀以及电化学腐蚀,并分析其形成机理及预防措施,结果表明余热锅炉在烟温高于或低于酸露点时均存在低温腐蚀现象。 It is introduced that the heated surface of waste heat boiler corroded by corrosive fume in this paper. It is analyses that the forming mechanism and the prevention measures of low temperature corrosion,high temperature corrosion and the electrochemical corrosion, and the relationship with flue gas composition. It is shown that the low temperature corrosion phenomenon of the waste heat boiler exist when the flue gas temperature above or below the acid dew point temperature.
