Design of Special Inspection Tool for Transfer Strip of Encoder

针对当前切换片作用角度的检测方法存在的缺陷,采用新的检测方法,设计了专用检具,并介绍了该检具的结构和检测原理。生产实践表明,新的检测方法方便快捷,检测数据客观可靠,值得推荐应用。

Point at the technical defects in inspecting the effect angle of transfer strip, had studied out a new detection technology, and a special inspection tool was developed,the structure and the detection principle of the special inspection tool were presented. Application shows the reliability of the special inspection tool.
