挖掘装载机伸缩斗杆的应变测试

Strain Testing of Extendable Arm of Backhoe Loader

应变电测技术广泛应用于各种工程结构、机械设备及其模型的应力应变、受力和变形等的测量。笔者在伸缩斗杆设计中应用了应变电测技术,用应变测试结果指导伸缩斗杆的设计改进,提高了改进的有效性。

Strain testing technology is widely applied in various engineering structures, mechanical equipments and its models of stress and strain, force and deformation. In this paper, strain testing was used in the design of the extendable arm. We improve the design of the extendable arm with the result of strain testing, and get a better effect in improving process.
