摘要 简要介绍螺旋带式输送,根据其用途的不够广泛和摩擦驱动的螺旋带式输送在螺旋速冻机中应用的现状,分析摩擦驱动的螺旋带式输送的结构和存在的问题。提出一种非摩擦驱动的螺旋带式输送的结构模式,并介绍其作用原理和运动还探讨了翻带现象的机理。结果表明非摩擦驱动的螺旋带式输送具有一些更优的特性。 In this paper, we briefly introduce about conveying of the conveyer belt according to spiral movement. According to the present situation of its use is not widespread, and the friction drive conveying for the conveyer belt according to spiral movement application in the spiral quick-freezing machine. To analyze the structure and existing problems of the friction drive conveying for the conveyer belt according to spiral movement. To bring up a kind of non-friction drive mode and to analyze its action principle and motion. This paper also discusses the problem of the conveyer belt is overturned. The results show that the non- friction drive conveying for the conveyer belt according to spiral movement has some better properties.
