摘要
我国汽车服务业已形成以汽车4S店主导的主流模式,经过15年多的发展,4S店品牌单一、成本高等弊端日益凸显,已不能适应汽车市场快速发展的要求.集约经营有利于降低成本、提高收益,是我国汽车服务业未来的发展趋势.基于价值链的视角,借鉴发达国家汽车服务业集约经营的成功经验,结合国内汽车服务业的成功案例,构建适合我国国情的汽车服务业集约经营模式.
Auto 4S store mode is the typical representative of automobile service industry in China, but the disadvantages of single brand and big market risk can not yet adapt to the rapid development of automobile market demands in China after over 15 years of development, which leads to the necessity to transfer its operation style from extensive to intensive.Based on the unique perspective of value chain, and a reference to the successful experiences in intensive management in ear service industry in developing countries,this article intends to construct suitable intensive management modes specifically for China national conditions.
