摘要
本文对目前高校图书馆馆员的素质现状进行了分析,阐述了新世纪高校图书馆馆员应具备的素质,最后对加强图书馆馆员素质建设的措施提出了建议.
In this paper, the quality of the current status of university librarians were analyzed ,in the new century university librarians should possess which quality was also described.Finally, suggestion of how to enhance the quality of the construction of librarians is proposed.
