党校图书馆是教师和学员吸取知识的地方,围绕图书馆工作人员应了解掌握读者的工作性质、知识状况、心理特征、职业需求等方面的情况,针对读者类型和特点,探讨了如何合理地规划藏书结构,如何开展特色服务进行探讨。

The party school library is where the teachers and students learn the knowledge and where teachers and students would like to spend the time.In this paper,It was proposed that the library staff should understand the nature of the work,the reader knowledge condition,psychological characteristics,occupation requirements and other aspects.The collection structure should be reasonably planned and the characteristic service should be provided according to the reader types and characteristics.
