农村信息化的思考与探索

Thinking and Exploration of the Rural Information

分析了当前农村信息化发展现状,根据农村信息化进程中出现的思想认识差,基础投入少,管理体制落后,信息化人员短缺等问题,提出了解决农村信息化体制、模式等发展瓶颈的探索性策略。

In this paper,the status of the current development of information technology in rural areas was analyzed.According to the problems in the process of rural information,such as poor recognizing,less investment,backward system,and lack of information technology staff,the strategies to solve the bottleneck of the development of the rural information system and mode were proposed.
