摘要
介绍了通过理论计算和实验相结合的方法,设计一种新型洁净棚单元的主要过程,通过改变散流板和高效过滤器在静压箱的相对位置分析了影响洁净棚单元出风面出风速均匀性的有关因素,得出了在满足出风速度均匀性要求前提下,各种工况下的高效过滤器的位置,进而得出了洁净棚单元的最佳高度,解决了目前由于建筑物层高和安装空间限制了国内现生产的各型洁净棚单元的使用问题。为进一步推广与改进这种灵活与节能的局部净化装置拓宽了局面。
This paper introduces the main process of designing a new type of HEPA filter ceiling module by means of methods in theoretical calculation and experiments. By way of changing the location of rectifier and HEPA filter in plenum, the relative factors that influence the velocity uniformity of air supply are analyzed. The research is concentrated on the location of HEPA filter under different working conditions, with the prerequisite of good velocity uniformity of air supply. The optimum height of this module is determined. All these help to solve the existing problems caused by the limits of room height and installation space. Therefore it will open up a new prospect for further application of this flexible and energy-saving local air-cleaning unit.
