高校数字图书馆建设中的著作权问题研究

现有的著作权制度制约着数字图书馆建设的进程,可以通过调整合理使用(fair use)的范畴、引入法定许可制度和完善著作权集体管理制度予以解决。

With the advent of the internet age, only when university libraries change with the times, blend into the high-speed information network and build digital libraries, can teachers and students do better in both research and education. However, the existing copyright system is restricting the process of building digital libraries. The problem can be solved by adjusting the fair use category, introducing statutory license system and improving the copyright collective management system.
