工业遗产是文化遗产的重要组成部分,记载着工业文明的历史进程,具有较高的历史价值、文化价值、科技价值、艺术价值和经济价值。然而,工业遗产保护存在着诸多的问题。因此,加强工业遗产保护,就必须开展普查,摸清家底,确定科学的评价和认定标准;加强立法;保护性再利用;多方联动,形成工业遗产保护大环境。

As an important part of the cultural heritage, industrial heritage records the historical process of industrial civilization, and it has profound historical, cultural, science and technology, artistic as well as economic values. However, there are various protection problems in China. Thus, it is necessary to conduct a census to find out current condition, make scientific evaluation standards, strengthen legislation, and implement protective reuse and multi-linkage to create a great atmosphere for effective protection of industrial heritage.
