摘要
从语篇输入特征和预期回答特征上对英语专业四级测试的阅读理解部分进行内容效度分析,发现近4年的TEM-4阅读理解测试部分的内容效度较高,对阅读能力的考查日趋成熟,较好地发挥其正面的反拨效应;但在篇章长度及题项设计等方面仍存在问题。针对这些问题,从内容效度和构念效度的关系提出完善意见和建议,从而进一步提高这一全国性的大规模标准化语言测试试卷的质量。
This thesis analyzes the content validity of the reading comprehension part of TEM-4 from following two aspects: characteristics of the input and characteristics of the expected response. The results show that the latest 4 years'reading comprehension part in TEM-4 has a relative high content validity, with its measure efficiency of reading comprehension proficiency increasing gradually. Thus, it can have a positive washback effect. On the other hand, there are still problems with the length of reading materials and the design of test tasks. This thesis offers some reasonable suggestions based on the relationship between content validity and construct validity, which may be helpful for enhancing the quality of this national-wide formal language testing paper.
