水产品质检实验室检测样品的规范化管理,是一项涉及面广、技术性强的工作,检测样品的代表性、有效性和完整性将直接影响检测结果的准确度。因此,对样品的接收、流转、贮存、处置以及识别等各个环节必须实施有效的质量控制。对样品实行制度化、程序化和规范化管理,采取盲样、留样等制度才能有效保护检验的公平和公正,确保提供科学有效的实验数据。在实验室样品管理工作中,建立质量体系文件、建立样品唯一性标识系统、执行盲样制度、做好样品保管工作和加强质量审核、监督检查等5个环节,相互连接,相互补充,可构成样品管理的完善系统,从而保证样品的完整与安全。

Standardized management of samples in aquatic products quality monitoring lab covers wide range and is a technical issue. The representativeness, effectiveness and integrity of samples would influence the accuracy of the tes- ting results directly. Effective controls on the samples should be carried out in different stages including sample recep- tion, transfer, storage, disposal and identification. Blind sample system and preservative sample system should be used to ensure the fairness and justice of the testing process and the testing results. Five necessary stages in samples management of the lab were set up, including documents standardization system, unique identification system, strict blind sample system, quality audit system and inspection management, which were interconnected and complementa- ry. A comprehensive management system was constituted to ensure the integrity and security of samples.
