摘要
利用Microsoft office 2007软件设计开发标准物质智能管理系统,通过Excel强大的排序和公式计算功能,配合Word的邮件合并功能,使其具备了标准物质到期前自动提醒和批量导出标准物质使用记录的两大功能。通过简单的表格制作,就可以解决传统标准物质管理过程中工作量大、效率低、容易出错等问题,使实验室的管理水平得到了提高。
In the present study, the table for intelligent management of reference materials was developed by using Microsoft office 2007. Sorting and formula calculation functions of Microsoft office Excel and mail merging of Microsoft office Word were integrated into the table development. These functions can remind the manager automatically before the expiration date of reference materials and export the record of reference materials usage in bulk. In addition, it makes the table effective with strong practicality. The smart table design could solve the problems in formal reference material management, such as heavy workload, inefficiency and could avoid errors. It could improve the level of labo-ratory management.
