摘要
热误差是影响数控机床加工精度的重要因素之一。文章通过对原点偏移原理的分析,探讨了热误差的补偿方法,利用多元线性回归方法建立数学模型,对V-450加工中心的热误差进行了实时补偿。实验结果表明,补偿效果比较明显。
The thermal error is one of the important factors that affect the accuracy of the CNC machining. In this paper, on the analyses of the principle of original offset, an investigated compensa tion method of thermal error is discussed. By using the multiple linear regression method to establish the mathematical model, a real--time compensation of thermal error to V--450 processing center is obtained. Exoerimental results show that the compensation effect is obvious.
