Construction Project Risk Analyses Based on Fuzzy Hierarchical Model

为了保证施工项目的顺利进行,高速公路施工风险评估越来越受到重视,然而目前尚未建立科学的施工风险评估体系。因此,基于公路施工风险因素的构成,从成本、工期、质量和人等四个方面,提出了公路施工风险评估指标体系;建立了基于模糊层次分析的风险评估模型,对施工项目风险进行了实例分析,从而为高速公路施工项目风险评估提供了依据。

In order to assure the smooth construction project, the risk assessment for highway con struction draws more and more attention. However, a scientific risk assessment system for the high way construction has not been established. So the paper puts forward the index system of risk assess ment for the highway construction from the four aspects of cost, schedule, quality and persons, based on the constitution of risk factors. An risk assesment model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process should be set up to carry on the analyses of risks in the projects so as to provide the basis for risk as sessment in the highway construction projects.
