摘要 随着我国对石油需求的不断增长,海洋石油勘探开发和水上油品运输量不断攀升,水上溢油风险也在提高。溢油一旦入水,必须及时采取有效措施清除,否则会给水体环境、生态环境和人身健康造成损坏和影响。
