基于蒙皮法的零件边界光顺方法

Contour Smoothing Method for Automobile Panels Based on Skinning Surface

提出了对零件边界待光顺区域的参数化搜索方法,设计了滚柱映射算法生成光顺曲线,并利用零件边界轮廓线及光顺曲线应用蒙皮法生成光顺曲面来光顺零件边界,最后由数件汽车覆盖件零件的成功光顺证明了算法的有效性,结果显示算法运行速度块,生成的曲面光顺度好。

This paper proposed a parametric method to search the region needed smoothing of the parts＇ contour, designed the roller mapping algorithm to generate the smoothing curve, and used the contour curve and the smoothing curve to generate the final smoothing surface been contour smoothed successfully ;the results show that by skinning method. At last, two automobile panels had algorithm this paper proposed is effective and feasible.
