摘要
随着电力企业对培训工作的重视程度和投入力度的加大,如何科学、公正、合理地评价培训效果成为企业培训管理关注的焦点。在以Kirkpatrick四层次培训评估模型为基础,结合电力企业特点,从培训项目、受训者、企业三个方面建立培训评估指标体系,运用模糊层次综合评价法进行指标的计算,并通过有关电力企业培训综合评价的案例分析,验证了所建培训效果评估指标体系及所选评估方法的合理性和可行性。
With the emphasis on the training increasingly of the power enterprises, the evaluation of the training effectiveness becomes the focus of the training management. This study bases on the Kirkpatrick' s four-level evaluation model, establishing an indicator system from three aspects such as the evaluation of the training programs ,the evaluation of the trainees and the enterprise itself, and computing the indicator value with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through proves the rationality and feasibility of the a comprehensive evaluation of a power enterprise case, this study indicator system and the method used in this paper.
