Summary operation of coal-water slurry water wall gasifier with high ash fusion temperature coal

对目前煤气化用的各种炉型如水煤浆炉、壳牌炉、航天炉、鲁奇炉、流化床炉等进行简要的分析对比,重点介绍水煤浆水冷壁气化炉的工艺流程、配套的主要设备、运行数据(含掺烧高灰熔点煤)及技术特点;并就氧耗、煤耗、投资、煤种适应性等问题进行了探讨;还提出了存在不足之处和下一步工作的建议。

This paper analyses and compares all kinds of gasifier in coal gasification, such as coal-water slurry gasifier, Shell gasifier, Space gasifier, Lurgi gasifier, fluidized bed fluidized bed and so on, intensively introduces technological process, main equipments, operation data （including add high ash fusion temperature coal）, and technical feature of coal-water slurry water wall gasifier. It also discusses the following questions, for example, oxygen consumption, coal consumption, investment, adaptability of coal. At last, it proposes its deficiencies and suggestion in future.
