摘要
为了研究海水源热泵用盘管换热器的换热能力,并确定其设计参数值,基于数值模拟软件FLUENT建立了换热器模型,进行了数值模拟,将模拟结果与实验测试值进行了对比分析,验证了其正确性。根据模拟计算出的单位管长换热量,给出设计速度参考取值范围。研究结果为海水源热泵空调系统用盘管换热器夏季换热盘管流速取值范围提供了参考,宜取0.5~0.7 m/s。
A heat exchanger model is established based on the numerical simulation software FLUENT, in order to study the heat exchange capacity with coil heat exchanger of seawater source heat pump and determine design parameters. The numerical simulation is compared with the experimental data to verify the correctness of the results. The flow rate for design reference is proposed with the simulation of heat transfer rate per unit length. The flow rate in coil is suggested as value of 0.5-0. 7 m/s for the seawater source heat pump air conditioning system with coil heat exchanger.
