摘要
师生冲突是学校班级组织文化中常见形态。师生冲突的产生有多方面诱因,既有师生个人因素,又有代际互动特征,也有社会环境因素。在构建良好的师生关系中,教师具有主导性因素。优化师生互动策略,教师积极主动接受反向社会化,构建平等的新型师生关系对于减少和避免师生冲突具有十分重要的作用。
Interpersonal conflicts between teachers and students are a kind of basic and common in- terpersonal forms of campus organization culture. There are various factors that may eause conflicts, including individual factors, the attributes of intergenerational interaction and social factors. It is founded that teachers play a key role in structuring a good relationship between teachers and students. To avoid and reduce the conflicts between teachers and students possibly, it is of great importance to build and optimize the new equal teacher-student relationship, and it is noted that in this process, teacher should accept the reverse socialization actively.
