丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂固化过程的热分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用同步热分析仪,在恒温条件下,测量了双主剂型丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂(AB胶)固化过程中其热量、温度、质量随时间的变化关系.实验结果表明:(1)AB胶的固化反应是一个放热过程,放热速率随时间延长而快速减小,约10min后不再放热和吸热,即AB胶中化学反应约至10min时基本结束,且放出的总热量ΔQ 114J/g;(2)整个测量过程中,AB胶的温度变化较小,约在0.5 C范围内;(3)AB胶在整个固化过程中,质量变化不大,说明在化学反应过程中并未生成容易挥发的物质.上述结果也表明,在液态簧振动力学谱对AB胶固化过程的测量中,样品复杨氏模量随时间t的变化与其中化学反应有关,而不是样品温度、质量变化引起的.因此,此研究可以为AB胶改性与应用以及液态簧振动力学谱在化学反应过程检测的应用探索上提供参考. The heat quantity, temperature and quality during the solidification process of two-component acrylic structural adhesive (AB adhesive) are measured under the condition of constant temperature. The results show that: (1) the curing reaction of AB adhesive is exothermic. The rate of released heat decreases rapidly with time, and there is no exothermic and endothermic heat about 10 minutes later, namely the chemical reaction in AB adhesive is finished basically when it is about 10 minutes, and the total quantity of released heat ΔQ=114J/g; (2) The temperature change of AB adhesive is small, about 0.5℃, in the whole measurement process; (3) The mass of AB adhesive changes a little, which shows that the chemical reaction process does not generate easily volatile substances. The above results also indicate that the variation of the complex Young's modulus with time is substantially related to the chemical reaction, rather than the change of temperature or mass of the sample, in the measurement of the solidification process of AB adhesive by the Reed-vibration Mechanical Spectroscopy for Liquids (RMS-L). Therefore, the study could provide references for the exploration of modified AB adhesive as well as the detection of chemical reaction process by the RMS-L.
