摘要
目的减少患者内镜诊疗等候时间。方法组建品管圈,以减少患者内镜诊疗等候时间为选题,采取拟定活动计划、现况把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨、效果确认等措施。结果实施品管圈活动后内镜诊疗等候时间由实施前的63.0min/例下降至47.0min/例,改善幅度25.4%,目标达标率94.1%;效果维持期目标达标率仍在90.4%以上。圈员8项能力提高2.2%~105.6%。结论开展品管圈活动可减少患者内镜诊疗等候时间,优化患者诊疗流程,改善患者候诊环境,满足患者内镜诊疗需求,缓解患者"看病难"问题,圈员能力亦得到提高。
Objective To shorten patients′waiting time for an endoscopic procedure.Methods A quality control circle(QCC)was formed to work on the project of how to shorten patients′waiting time for an endoscopic procedure through a series of steps of making plans,running investigations,setting goals,causal analysis,formulating strategies,implementing strategies,examination,giving feedbacks,etc.Results Patients′waiting time dropped from 63.0min per case before runing QCC to 47.0min per case currently,with a 25.4%fall and a total target completion rate of 94.1%.In maintenance phase,the target completion rates were still above 90.4%.The abilities of circle members improved by 2.2%to 105.6%.Conclusion Through QCC,patients′waiting time for an endoscopic procedure is shortened,the medical seeking process is optimized,and patients′needs are satisfied.At the same time,the abilities of circle members are also improved.
