摘要
目的探讨临床护士分级、岗位、培训、绩效"四位一体"管理体系的实施效果。方法对某三级甲等医院36个护理单元实施"四位一体"管理,即将护理人员的分级、岗位、培训、绩效施行一体化管理。结果实施后护士、患者满意度提高,护士考试合格率提高,护士离职率降低,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施临床护士"四位一体"管理后护士工作积极性增加,患者满意度提高。
Objective To explore the effect of the four-in-one management system which integrated grading,post setting,training,and performance evaluation of nurses together.Methods A total of 36nursing units in a first-class hospital were selected to implement the four-in-one management system which integrated grading,post setting,training,and performance evaluation of nurses together.Results Compared to before the practice,nurses′job satisfaction,patient satisfaction,and nurses′exam pass rates,were significantly higher;and there was a statistical fall in nurse turnover rate(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion The four-in-one management system enhances clinical nurses′working initiatives,and therefore improves patient satisfaction.
