优质护理对婴幼儿雾化吸入治疗依从性及满意度的影响

Influence of high quality nursing care on small children′s compliance with nebulizer treatments and parents′satisfaction

目的探讨优质护理对婴幼儿雾化吸入治疗依从性及家长满意度的影响。方法将1 206例雾化吸入治疗患儿按时间段分为对照组(531例)和观察组(675例)。对照组给予常规护理和健康教育;观察组在此基础上优化雾化室环境,改良雾化吸入治疗方式(诱导式治疗、吸入式治疗、睡眠式治疗),采取预约服务。结果观察组雾化吸入治疗依从性和家长满意度显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论优质护理可增加婴幼儿在雾化吸入治疗中的舒适度,提高患儿治疗依从性,提高患儿家长的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing on small children′s compliance with nebulizer treatments and parents′satisfaction.Methods A total of 1206small children were divided into a control group of 531and an observation group of 675.The control group received routine nursing care and health education,while the observation group were additionally subjected to such modified nebulizing methods in an optimized atomization room environment as induction,treatment with intermittent milk feeding,or treatment during sleep.The service that the observation group received needed reservation.Results Compliance of small children in the observation group and their parents′satisfaction were significantly higher than their counterparts（P0.01for both）.Conclusion High quality nursing care could increase comfort of small children during nebulizer treatments,improve their treatment compliance,and the satisfaction of their parents.
