摘要
采用静态摇瓶试验,研究了厌氧污泥对17β-雌二醇(E2)的吸附行为。结果表明,pH值对吸附过程有一定影响,中性条件有利于厌氧污泥对E2的吸附;吸附过程是放热反应,吸附能力随温度的升高而降低;投加氯化铁和针铁矿在一定程度上均可以促进厌氧污泥对E2的吸附。准二级动力学方程和Freundlich方程可以很好地描述此吸附过程。
The adsorption performance of anaerobic sludge for 17β-estradiol(E2) was studied through a static shake-flask test. The results showed that, the adsorption capacity of anaerobic sludge for E2 was impacted by pH value, and reached the highest under neutral condition; the adsorption process was exothermic and the adsorption capacity reduced with the rising of temperature. The adsorption was partly promoted by adding ferric chloride and FeOOH. The adsorption process could be well described by pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich equation.
