摘要
世界500强之一的某IT企业成都工厂消防系统需按照FM相关要求及GB规范进行设计,以达到FMglobal保险公司的投保要求。结合本项目的实际情况,对比FM要求与GB规范的差异,介绍了消防系统的设计方案,分析了如何在满足GB规范的前提下,严格按照FM财产防损标准及NFPA规范的要求进行设计的要点,为类似FM投保项目提供参考。
The design of the firefighting system of Chengdu factory of an IT company, one of the world＇s top 500 enterprises, must be in accordance with relevant requirements of FM and GB codes so as to meet the insurance requirements of FM global insurance company. Combining with the actual situation of this project, the differences between FM requirements and GB codes were compared, and the design scheme of the firefighting system was introduced. Finally, the key points of designing firefighting system strictly comply with FM property loss prevention standards and NFPA standards on the premise of meeting the GB code were analyzed, which provided reference for other similar FM insurance projects.
