黄海产黄鳍东方鲀微生物菌群的初步调查

以黄海产黄鳍东方鲀的肠道内容物为检样,用3%NaCl营养琼脂等培养基作分离培养和计数,对典型菌株作系统生化鉴定,据此分析其微生物菌群的构成。结果表明:优势菌为溶藻弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌,枯草芽孢杆菌也占一定比例,共生菌还有假单胞菌、蜂房哈夫尼菌。
