摘要
喷水推进装置机械密封分为泵密封和轴密封。该文在分析喷水推进装置机械密封的特殊使用要求及机械密封的工作原理的基础上,通过研究喷水推进机械密封的关键性能和特殊要求,重点研究关键性能技术和实现途径。在一定的力学计算基础上,论述了设计中需关注的重点,并进行相应的试验论证,所获得的结论对改进喷水推进机械密封的性能和应用提供一定的依据,并对大功率喷水推进的持续发展提供一定的基础。
Based on the particular requirement and the principal application of mechanic seal for water jet propulsion system,this paper focuses on its key performance technology and practical the approach by researching the key performance and the particular requirements of the mechanic seal for the water jet propulsion. It narrates the design emphases based on the mechanics computation, and carries out the corresponding experimental test. It provides references for improveing the performance and the application of the mechanic seal for the waterjet propulsion, and provides foundation for the sustainable development of the high power water jet propulsion.
