从缩微技术在基建图纸保护中的作用看其在档案异质备份中的应用前景 被引量:3

摘要 缩微技术与计算机技术相结合在基建图纸保护与利用中发挥着重要作用,特别是解决了基层档案室库房面积小,图纸(特别是硫酸纸底图)占用空间大,不易保存与利用的问题,通过采用缩微技术对基建图纸这一特殊载体档案的保存与利用研究,发现此方法同样适用于其他种类档案的管理,特别是在重要档案异质备份,降低自然灾害对档案信息安全的危害方面具有广泛的应用前景. The combination of micrographics technology and computer technology plays an important role in the protection and utilization of construction drawings. In particular, it solves the problem that basic units archive offices are small and the drawings (especially the sulfuric acid paper) take up too much space and they are not easy to save and use. Through the research about the protection and utilization of this special archive carrier construction drawings using micrographics technology, this technology is suitable to work in other kinds of archive management. Especially, it has wide and prosperous applications in reducing the damage to archive information caused by natural disaster.
