大型运动会对举办城市公共文明指数的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Large-scale Games on Public Civilization Index in the Host City

为了解市民对城市举办大型运动会带来整体效益的认可程度,以及大型运动会举办前后对举办城市市民公共文明指数的影响,以第十二届全国冬季运动会为例,在冬运会举办期间及冬运会结束1个月后,分别电话采访和实地观察两种方法,探讨了冬运会对长春市公共文明指数的影响。结果表明,市民对举办大型运动会带来整体效益的认可程度较高;大型运动会后市民对运动会能否带来整体效益的认可度明显高于运动会之前;市民的公共卫生、公共秩序、公共交往、公共观赏、公共参与、公共行为指数前后两次调查均数差异具有统计学意义,第二次调查均数显著高于第一次,大型运动会的举办对提高举办城市市民公共文明指数的影响是非常显著的。

In order to get to know the acceptance of host city citizens towards the hosting of large - scale games and its influence on public civilization index, the paper explores the influence of 12th National Winter Games on Changchun public civilization index by telephone interview and field observation. It reveals that host city citizens accepted that the hosting of large - scale games brought relatively high benefits ; host city citizens＇ acceptance to the large - scale sport competitions after the event is obviously higher than before it was hosted; the mean of latter investigation on public health, order, communication, spectation, participation and behavior index is dramatically higher than that of the former one. The conclusion is that the hosting of the large - scale games is positve in improving the public civilization index of host city citizens.
