摘要
新刑诉法关于律师会见权的规定无疑对反贪侦查工作提出了更高要求。反贪部门应当在全面学习、理解、把握新刑诉法关于律师会见的法律规定及其精神实质的基础上,围绕"突出一个重心,转变两个观念,提高三个意识,增强四个能力"来应对挑战。
The provisions of the new criminal procedure law on lawyer＇s right to meet suspects put forward new requirements for anti-corruption investigation. Based on learning, understanding and grasping the spirits of the legal provisions, the anti-corruption units should meet the challenges by the means of conducting preliminary investigation earlier, changing two concepts, improving three kinds of awareness and enhancing four competences.
