新刑诉法视野下贿赂犯罪侦查工作的思考

Ponder over the Investigation of Bribery from the Perspective of New Criminal Procedure Law

新刑诉法在证据、辩护、强制措施、侦查、审判及执行程序等制度方面的完善,也给检察机关惩治职务犯罪工作带来了机遇与挑战。面对新刑诉法给贿赂犯罪侦查工作带来的新变化,以及一线侦查工作中所遇到的新问题,要实现贿赂犯罪侦查模式转型升级,侦查机关必须找准着力点,综合做好各方面的工作。

New Criminal Procedure Law has not only perfected the execution procedures and systems concerning evidence, defense, compulsory measures, investigation, judgment and so on but also brought opportunities and challenges to procuratorial organs in punishing professional crimes. Targeting the new changes brought about by New Criminal Procedure Law in investigating bribery and the new problems first-line investigation has encountered, investigation units should find appropriate points to break through and do evervthing well.
