摘要
通过建立涡流管的三维结构模型,运用计算流体力学中Realizableκ–ε模型,研究了在不同压力下对液固两相流的分离效应,并仿真模拟管内静压云图分布、温度云图、速度云图、速度矢量图、固体颗粒的分布图;在此基础上,采用液固两相流中的Mixture模型,研究了在不同进口压力下涡流管对固体颗粒的分离效果。
By establishing the 3D structure model of the vortex tube and using Realizable K-ε model in CFD, the paper stmlies solid-liquid two phase flow separation effect under different pressure, and simulates the pipe hydrostatic contour distribution, temperature contour, velocity contour, velocity vector, the distribution of solid particles. On this basis, using Mixture model in tim solid-liquid two phase flow, this paper also studies the separation effect of solid particles at the different inlet pressure.
