摘要
文章利用能量转换定律,建立简化模型,定性分析了核电汽轮机中压蝶阀一旦出现卡涩时,各种因素叠加所导致的转子超速问题,并通过实例计算出百万等级核电机组中压蝶阀一旦出现不能关闭的情况下所能预见的最大超速值。也从侧面计算出半转速百万级核电汽轮机在无中压蝶阀下的超速情况。
The article analyzes causations of overspeed questions led by failure of IP inlet valves in nuclear turbine, using energy conservation law, seting up a simple model. And by calculating, the article can foresee the biggest overspeed value once the failure occurs. And it also calculates the overspeed question in the condition of no setting IP inlet valve in a 1000MW grade half speed nuclear turbine.
