Cause Analysis of Black Matters on Inner Walls of Shell for Oil Cooler

某冷油器在电厂安装后发现油侧壳体内壁附着大量黑色物质,从现场拾取一些黑色样品经化学分析、磁性分析和扫描电镜及能谱仪分析,确定了黑色样品的主要成分,最后讨论分析了壳体内壁黑色物质产生的原因。

After some oil cooler has been installed in a plant, a great amount of black matters have been found on the inner walls of the shell for oil cooler which is on the oil side. Some black matters are collected from the plant by chemical method, magnetic method and scan electron microscope （SEM） combined with energy spectrometer. The main component of black matters has been determined after analysis. Finally, the causes of black matters on inner walls of the shell for oil cooler have been discussed and an- alyzed.
