摘要
针对汽轮机快速冷却问题,以西屋公司600MW亚临界汽轮机组为研究对象,从理论上分析了汽轮机停机后自然冷却的散热机理,并计算了快冷所需的空气用量;通过定量计算和数值分析确定了无寿命损耗原则下的冷却速率,并进行了安全分析;结合机组特性分析了应用快冷技术时的控制原则。实践表明:采用快冷可以比自然冷却大约节约4天时间。
To realize rapid cooling of steam turbine, the natural cooling heat dissipation mechanism after shutdown of steam turbine was analyzed theoretically by taking Westinghouse' s 600 MW subcritical turbine unit as an object of study, while the air volume required by rapid cooling calculated. The cooling rate under the principle of no life loss was determined by quantitative calculation and numerical analysis, following which a safety analysis was conducted. The control strategy of rapid cooling technology was analyzed in combination with the unit characteristics. Results show that the application of rapid cooling technology can help to save time by four days in comparison with natural cooling.
