3000t/h锅炉运行中灰渣含碳质量分数的分析及燃烧优化

摘要 针对某3 000t/h锅炉灰、渣含碳质量分数大的问题进行了分析,从煤质变化、煤粉细度、磨煤机运行方式、锅炉负荷变化及燃烧配风等方面,论述了灰、渣含碳质量分数大的原因,并对不同燃煤提出不同的燃烧控制,合适的煤粉细度和配风,降低不完全燃烧损失,提高锅炉热效率。 Aiming at the problems that the unburned carbon mass fraction in ash and slag of a 3 000 t/h boiler is too high, an analysis was made from aspects of coal quality, coal fineness, mill operation mode, boiler load, and air distribution mode, etc., after which relevant reasons were found and corresponding countermeasures were proposed, such as applying different control strategies for combustion of different coal, adopting appropriate coal fineness and using reasonable air distribution mode, so as to reduce the incomplete combustion loss and increase the boiler thermal efficiency.
